## Use of this site

DealerClaw provides dealer-facing information, demo requests, and managed AI service experiences. Do not submit information or request access that you are not authorized to share or use.

## AI incentive answers

The AI Incentive Check compares research generated by third-party AI models. Its answers can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong and are not advertisements, quotes, or dealer offers. Incentive availability, region, expiration, qualifications, and combination rules must be confirmed with the manufacturer or participating dealer. DealerClaw may limit or suspend free checks to protect the service.

## Pilots and managed services

A DealerClaw pilot or managed service starts only after the dealership and Ocean West Labs LLC agree on the scope, approved systems, users, actions, review rules, fees, and service terms. That written agreement controls if it conflicts with these site terms.

## Approvals and review

DealerClaw can prepare or perform approved work. The dealership remains responsible for its business decisions, authorized access, final review, and any action that requires dealership approval. DealerClaw site content is not legal, compliance, accounting, employment, or advertising advice.

## Third-party services

DealerClaw can use approved third-party systems, models, websites, communication services, and vendors. Their availability and terms can affect the work. The dealership must maintain the permissions required for systems it asks DealerClaw to use.

## Illustrations and examples

Examples on this site can use fictional names or adapted demonstrations. They show how a workflow can operate and do not promise the same result for every dealership, website, vendor, or data source.

## Availability and changes

The site, pilot availability, product scope, workflows, and service features can change. Ocean West Labs LLC can update these terms when the service changes. The current version will remain available on this page.
