## Information we collect

If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the contact and scheduling information you submit through its service. If you use the message form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit. If you contact DealerClaw by email or another channel, we receive the information you choose to send.

## AI Incentive Check

If you use the AI Incentive Check, a VIN is sent to CarsXE only to identify its year, make, model, and trim. The VIN is not sent to the AI models. The decoded vehicle details and ZIP code are sent through DataForSEO to the selected AI model providers so they can research public manufacturer incentives. DealerClaw may temporarily cache results and uses limited technical request data to prevent abuse. Do not submit a VIN you are not authorized to use.

## How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, schedule and provide a call or demo, operate an approved DealerClaw service, provide support, protect the service, and improve DealerClaw.

## Managed service information

A DealerClaw pilot or managed service can process dealership information and approved work instructions. The scope, access, systems, retention, and approval rules for that work are set with the dealership before service begins.

## Site analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand traffic, referral sources, campaign performance, device and browser basics, popular pages, and actions such as booking-link clicks and successful message submissions. Google advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled. We do not use advertising retargeting pixels or session-recording tools on this site.

## Sharing

Ocean West Labs LLC does not sell submitted contact information. We use service providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, storage, security, and product operations when needed to run the site and provide an approved service.

## Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the request, service, security, business records, or legal requirements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use practical access and operational controls for the information we manage.
