The final walkthrough, with captions. Recorded in the fictional Spieth Auto Group demo environment. [Read the transcript](https://dealerclaw.dev/insights/dealership-website-creative-automation/#transcript) .

If you’re still copying offers into emails, going back and forth over revisions, or waiting for someone to put specials on your website, this walkthrough shows how that work can move through a DealerClaw agent.

Eric sends a voice request in Slack, reviews the desktop and mobile slides, and approves the upload. The agent handles the website work, then checks the published result.

A homepage slide is one place an offer needs to go. The same approach could extend across your ads, website banners, email, and the rest of a campaign.

## 1\. Ask for the special by voice

“Build a website slide for the latest 2026 Tundra offer that we can put on our homepage.” That’s the request in the recording. Eric sends it as a voice message, and the agent returns a transcript in Slack.

The agent checks Toyota’s offer information and brings back the financing terms and disclaimer with the creative. Eric also explains that the agent can use offers your dealership supplies.

The request can be short because the agent has dealership context to work with. In this example, Eric points out that the creative suits his Chicago-area location. The walkthrough takes place in Slack; he also discusses using iMessage to talk to the agent.

## 2\. Review both sizes and approve

The agent returns separate desktop and mobile layouts. Eric checks the disclosure, vehicle image, and design before moving forward.

At 2:05, Eric reviews the desktop and mobile versions before approving the upload. [View full size](https://dealerclaw.dev/insights/dealership-website-creative-automation/assets/desktop-mobile-creative.jpg)

The response offers three choices: approve and upload, change the offer, or change the design. Eric chooses “approve and upload to site.” That approval moves the job from creative review to website work.

For your dealership, this is where your team checks that the offer, wording, images, and destination are right before anything goes on the website.

## 3\. Let the agent handle the upload

After approval, the recording switches to the demo website’s content management system. The agent signs in, opens the slides section, and fills in the placement details.

At 2:48, the agent fills in the schedule and button destination in the demo CMS. [View full size](https://dealerclaw.dev/insights/dealership-website-creative-automation/assets/cms-schedule-and-upload.jpg)

The walkthrough shows the image uploads, start and end dates, and the link behind the slide’s button. The agent saves and publishes the slide while Eric narrates what it is doing.

This example uses the website’s browser interface. A dealership setup would need the right access and instructions for its own website provider, creative sizes, campaign dates, and approval process.

## 4\. Check the homepage

The final step is checking the website itself. The video compares the previous homepage slide with the approved Tundra creative, then shows the updated demo homepage.

At 3:21, the finished slide is visible on the demo homepage. [View full size](https://dealerclaw.dev/insights/dealership-website-creative-automation/assets/published-demo-homepage.jpg)

Your team can make the request and give approval through the conversation, while the agent carries the job through the website and checks the result.

## From a homepage slide to a full campaign

A new offer rarely lives in just one place. You may need a homepage slide, Facebook ads, Google ads, banners throughout your website, and an email to customers. Each placement needs the right wording, dimensions, destination, and campaign dates.

That is where the larger go-to-market opportunity sits: carry the same approved offer and creative direction through the whole launch, without starting the brief over for every placement.

The video demonstrates website slides. The same request, review, and publishing workflow could be adapted to:

- **Facebook and Instagram ads:** develop the images and ad copy around your approved offer, with versions suited to the placements you choose.
- **Google ads:** prepare search ad headlines and descriptions, or image creative for display campaigns, with messaging that matches the page shoppers land on.
- **Inline website banners:** bring the same promotion into relevant pages across your site, with layouts that fit each space.
- **VRP banners:** put offer messaging alongside the inventory shoppers are browsing, with links to the relevant vehicles or next step.
- **Email and organic social:** adapt the campaign into an email, social post, or reminder using the same offer terms and creative direction.
- **Campaign landing pages:** give shoppers a destination that matches the ad they clicked, including the offer details, vehicles, and call to action.

Imagine asking: “Take this month’s Tundra offer and prepare the website banners, Facebook ads, Google ad copy, and customer email. Show me everything before it goes live.” Your team could review the campaign together, request changes in one conversation, and approve the next steps.

Publishing would depend on the tools your dealership uses and the access put in place. Your team would approve the offer, creative, timing, and any ad spend. DealerClaw’s role is to build and manage that workflow around your dealership, from a single slide to a coordinated campaign.

These are real workflow captures from a demo for fictional Spieth Auto Group and the slides are uploaded to a generic website CMS. The screenshots above come directly from the final video. The offers shown belong to this recorded demonstration; confirm current terms for any new campaign.

### 0:00 · Introduction

Today I'm going to show you how to use a DealerClaw agent to build and upload specials on your website so you can go to market faster than your competitors. If you are still copying and pasting offers to send to your agency. If you are still going back and forth in email over revisions. If you are still waiting days to get creative back. If you are still waiting on a human to put your specials on the website then watch this quick demo and by the end of the video you will understand how an agent that knows your dealership can do this much more efficiently.

### 0:34 · Voice request and offer research

So here we are in Slack where I can talk with my DealerClaw agent for this demo. You'll see that I just sent in a voice message. And so if you're away from your computer or can't type and just want to do it through voice, which is faster, you can use Slack to do that. You can also use iMessage to talk to your agent. So you can use Apple CarPlay if you're driving. And so let's see. We should be able to see my transcript right here. So I just said, build a website slide for the latest 2026 Tundra offer that we can put on our homepage. And then we get some updates while the agent was working on this. So they check for the offer, which of course, if you upload your own offers and tell your agent what you're running, they will be able to pull that a lot quicker. For this demo, I wanted to show that the agent can actually go to the tier one site and check any source. But in this case, just had it checked tier one to pull the offer, to pull the disclaimer. And then it created the desktop version, created the mobile version. And you'll see here, I sent my message here at 11:52. I got them back about 10 minutes later at 12:01. So we'll look at these real quick.

### 1:47 · Review and approval

Disclaimer looks good. Vehicle looks good. Also, the agent knows that I put my own ZIP code outside of Chicago suburb. So it's not going to put mountains on here or beach theme. And so let's check mobile. Mobile also looks good. And so then it gives me the options here. Do I want to approve it and upload it? Do I want to change what the offer was? Because I just told that a financing offer, I kind of assumed to pull the one that it found, or I can change the design, if I just want something changed with the design. But for this purpose, we'll say, approve and upload to site.

### 2:29 · Upload and homepage check

So, we'll see here the agent pulls up the login screen, puts in their credentials, and then they see here the current slide, and then they'll go to the slides section and forgive my ugly demo back end for a website provider here, but they will go ahead and put in the start dates and end dates and the CTA for where it should go to, they'll also upload the mobile image and then QA it here, so you'll see the Evergreen slide was replaced with the slide that we approved in Slack, and so you would never need to actually open the back end here. This is all the agent doing this, meaning that you don't need to be in front of a computer to log in, you can handle this through Slack while you're on the go or through iMessage, tell your agent to upload it and check it, and then this is the final result where you can see they uploaded the slide onto the site.

### 3:25 · Next steps

So if this sounds like something that would help, then please reach out. I'd be happy to set up some time to see where we fit in, see what you're doing now, and see what ideas we have to help you move forward.
